Submission Deadline
Bids must be submitted before the deadline indicated in the Open Call for Bids. Late submissions will not be considered.
Submission Location
Deliver bids to the specified location using the approved submission methods.
Sealed Envelopes
For submissions by mail, courier, or personal delivery, enclose bids in a sealed envelope. Mark the envelope with:
- The Open Call for Bids reference number.
- The Bidder’s name and return address.
Evaluation Process
